Weekend deliveries are not normal, however if you have a special requirement please contact us.
Almost all deliveries will be made on our own crane equiped trucks by trained drivers who are familiar with the safe handling of our products.
Smaller items may be sent on a sub contract courier such as FastWay.
We can only place goods as far as our crane can reach safely and normally hand unloading is not possible.
Our trucks will enter your delivery site when it is safe to do and after the driver has inspected the sight. It is still the customers responsibility if our truck becomes stuck or bogged. If a tow truck is required then the site owner or the builder in charge is responsible for this cost.
Returns & Credits
Goods over ordered and in perfect condition can be returned for a full refund.
A return fee for the transport of the goods will be charged.
Goods for return must be placed where the crane on our truck can reach them and stacked well so our driver can strap the goods and transport them safely.
If we are exchanging goods the pick up fee may be waived in some cases and only the normal delivery fee will apply.
We would normally have the timber picked up within seven workings days and a refund would processed the next day after pick up.
Special orders or goods not standard can not be returned.
Information about unseasoned treated timber
Unseasoned timber is usually used for retaining walls, fences, borders and garden edging. It is not used for normal house construction as it is not dried and stabelised.
It is common for some unseasoned pine timber to twist or change size as it dries out. Once it is in place this problem is minimal and few problems will arise.
To minimise this the timber should be used as quickly as possible.Timber stored should be off the ground and strapped to reduce the chance of movement.
Bent or twisted treated pine does not constitute a reason for a return or credit.
